Statement on the follow-up of the two leading colleagues in the Confederation of Productive Forces Trade Unions in Arabic:

The Confederation of Productive Forces Trade Unions informs national and international public opinion regarding the prosecution of the two leading colleagues in the Confederation: Hamza Kharoubbi"And"Nasreddine HamitoucheOn charges of terrorism, in accordance with the provisions of Article 87 bis of the Algerian Penal Code.

The Confederation expresses its deep concern and rejection of these charges against its leaders. It also strongly rejects the ongoing attempts to exploit Article 87 bis of the Penal Code in a manner tainted with forgery, fabrication, and violation of national legislation and international agreements.

The use of legal and legislative tools to persecute and harass trade unionists and human rights activists is not new in Algeria. Fellow trade unionist Ramzi Dardar was previously prosecuted individually on terrorism charges, serving a seventeen-month pretrial detention period pending investigation before being acquitted of all charges by the Criminal Court of First Instance and the Criminal Court of Appeal. This was done without any compensation or rehabilitation.

These prosecutions have evolved to include our leaders collectively, as the Algerian authorities have implicated leaders Hamza Kharoubi and Nasreddine Hamitouche in a terrorist case, along with Mohamed Larbi Zitout and Mourad Dahina, leaders of the Islamic Rachad movement, which is classified as a terrorist movement.

In this regard, the Confederation clarifies the following:

The Confederation strongly condemns the political exploitation of the Rachad movement to tarnish the reputation of the Confederation's leaders. We affirm that we will work hard to provide support and legal protection for our leaders and all members of the organization. We call on the Algerian government to respect national laws and international agreements, particularly the decisions and recommendations of the International Labour Office's monitoring bodies in this regard.

Youthful... free and democratic

Statement on the follow-up of the two leading colleagues at Cosyfop in French:

The Confederation Syndicate of Forces Productives - COSYFOP, will inform the national and international public opinion about the national and international suites that engage the Confederation leaders, messengers Hamza Khroubi and Nasreddine Hamitouche, for terrorist accusations in the 87BIS article code version. algerien.

We expose our previous claims and return our accusations against our people. Our condominiums continue to use the tentative article 87Bis of the page code, a façon markquée due to the falsification of the faits, in violation of national and international conventions not including the international chart of the home.

Effectiveness, the instrumentation of justice to persecute the syndicalists and the defenders of their home's parents is not the father of a new year, such as in the house of our syndical college Ramzi Dardar, which can enable the object for individual suites for the accusations Of terrorism, this past six months in preventive detention. Finally, it accepts all charges from the criminal tribunal and the countryside, without making any adjustments that do not fit into the subtitles.

These groups are used collectively to visit our neighbors, as the autocracies of Algerians include Hamza Khroubi and Nasreddine Hamitouche in a terrorist affair, including the names of Mohamed Arabi Zitout and Mourad Dhina, who are the leaders of “Rachad” movement. That the Algerian government is a class like a terrorist organization.

In this regard, the Confederation must be punished by what suits:

Jeunesse… Libre and Democracy.
